Wagram Corporate Finance has advised ICG in its disposal of APEM to IDEC Corporation

IDEC Corporation, the listed Japan-based company headquartered in Osaka, engaged in manufacture and sale of process control equipment, has acquired APEM, a France-based company headquartered in Caussade, is engaged in designing, manufacturing, exporting and marketing of man-machine interfaces such as joysticks and switch panels.

Wagram served as financial advisor to ICG.

Incorporated in France, Nutrition & Santé develops, produce and sells natural, healthy branded food products such as Céréal, Gerlinéa and Isostar.

Wagram Corporate Finance is recognized as a key player in creating relationships and transactions between Private Equity and Strategic players. In this specific case, Wagram has initially advised Abenex Capital and L Capital for their primary LBO on Nutrition & Santé, a spin-off from Novartis, then advised the Company on build-ups and finally helped Abenex Capital in realizing its investment.

Wagram was exclusive sell-side advisor to Abenex Capital, L Capital and the Company.

Wagram Corporate Finance has advised 3i and TCR Capital, in the acquisition of Trescal from Astorg Partners
