President, Partner and Co-Founder (PhD in Law)

Paul founded Wagram in 2003. He holds a PhD in Law from Sorbonne University and a Ms in Comparative Law​. Before, Paul was Managing Director and Senior Banker at JPMORGAN CHASE and previously Chief Executive.
Officer of FLEMINGS in France since 1992, a UK Investment Bank acquired by JPMORGAN CHASE in 2000. Under his leadership, FLEMINGS ranked among the first fifteen Investment Banks in France.
Prior to FLEMINGS, Paul worked in the fields of Investment Banking and Private Equity (BFCE, FIRST CHICAGO, HSBC). He has worked for most of the largest French groups and also for international groups and certain French mid-cap companies​.
Paul has been an Investment Banker for more than 25 years, in particular on M&A operations, Equity Capital raising and financing both in France and abroad. Paul contributed to more than 100 transactions with total value exceeding €80bn​.

Sylvain Cotte 🇫🇷

Partner and Co-Founder (BSBA, MBA Bryant University)

Sylvain has been an investment banker for 30 years, specializing in M&A transactions, equity capital raising and financing both in France and internationally. He has advised on more than 100 transactions across a wide range of industries and services.

Today, Sylvain focuses on sectors driving the energy transition and the growth of digital infrastructure, with a niche expertise in submarine telecom cables.

Sylvain joined Wagram at its inception as a Partner. He holds an MBA from Bryant University (Rhode Island, USA).

Before joining Wagram, Sylvain worked in the M&A department of the Alcatel Group, and prior to that in Corporate Finance at JPMorgan Chase, first in Paris and later in London within the Global Aerospace Group. There, he participated in the consolidation of the European defense sector. Sylvain began his career in the United States as a stockbroker and equity analyst at a brokerage firm and was a registered member of the NASD.

Over the course of his career, Sylvain was involved in numerous complex transactions in different industrial, services and technology sectors.

Raphaël Preulier 🇫🇷

Partner: Sector Expert - Real Estate (NEOMA BS, MS ESTP)

Raphaël joined Wagram in January 2018. He graduated from NEOMA business school and holds an Ms in Real Estate Management and Development from Ecole Supérieure des Travaux Publics (ESTP)​.
Raphaël started his career at CBRE as a real estate consultant for their office practice​.
Then he joined BNPP within the financing real estate team. During this period, Raphaël acquired a strong knowledge in real estate financing and worked on numerous deals for real estate developers, family offices or real estate investment company (REIT) such as hotels, retail, golf, offices, residential, logistics, health centers… ​
In 2012, Raphaël became a real estate developer in charge of large projects at Les Nouveaux Constructeurs. During this period, he developed more than €800m total revenues, in diversified projects such as residential, offices and retail sectors​.
In 2016 he founded a real estate crowdfunding platform, StoneRaise, and a consultancy firm StoneRaise Advisory, dedicated on real estate financing​.
In 2018 he founded a real estate asset manager dedicated to coliving with more €100m AUM.

Mathieu Rouget 🇫🇷

Mathieu is a Technology, Growth and Green expert, contributing to the development of impact, innovation, infrastructure and tech firms in Europe. Mathieu has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and fundraising, having successfully contributed to nearly 100 transactions over the past 20 years.
After gaining initial experience as a lobbyist specialising in energy and the environment, Mathieu spent 13 years investing private equity funds and participated in numerous LBO, growth capital, venture capital and M&A transactions.
In 2007, Mathieu joined the management company Tocqueville Finance, where he co-founded the private equity investment company Galiena Capital.
From 2010 to 2016, Mathieu joined the French public investment bank (Bpifrance Investment), where he was responsible for specific sectors such as energy, the environment, clean technologies, smart cities, software and the web industry.
In 2016, he became chief investment officer of the sports and media group Amaury (ASO, L’Équipe) and was responsible for sourcing, executing and managing the group’s investments and M&A transactions in sports, media, events, leisure and tourism.
Mathieu joined Wagram in 2018. He is a graduate of the AgroParisTech-Agrosup engineering schools and EM Lyon Business School.

Christophe has been advising financial sponsors, corporates and entrepreneurs for the past 15 years in the tech
sector​.
Christophe started his career at Gemalto (now Thales) as a research engineer. He then co-founded a financial
software firm servicing major banks and buy side institutions for the pricing and risk management of derivative
products​.
In 2007, Christophe joined Fimeris Limited in London, an investment banking boutique with offices in London
and New York as Managing Director​.
Christophe joined Wagram in 2012. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Télécom ParisTech​.

Fabien Kay 🇫🇷

Partner

Fabien joined Wagram in 2022. He graduated from Sciences Po Paris – ECOFI (1998), a CIIA-SFAF certified financial analyst (2003) and holds an MBA from INSEAD (2012)​.
Fabien has more than 20 years of experience in structuring, negotiating and implementing financings on behalf of SMEs. He is involved in all types of financial instruments: syndicated bank loans, asset financing, private placements (Euro PP, US PP, Schuldschein), public bond issues, unitranche debt, mezzanine debt, hybrid capital, preferred shares… ​
Fabien started his career as a financial analyst and then worked for ten years in the structured finance departments of British banks operating in the French market (Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group) before joining Standard & Poor’s for two years. Since 2016, Fabien has been working as a financial advisor to shareholders and managers of mid-market companies, notably at Degroof Petercam and at Capitalmind where he managed the debt advisory practice.​
Fabien has completed around 40 mid-market financing transactions – acquisition financing, new money raising in stressed environments, shareholder reconfigurations, restructuring – for a total of more than €5 billion.

Christine Landrevot 🇫🇷

Senior Advisor, TMT and digital infrastructure sectors

Christine worked at TDF for eight years from 2012 to 2020, where she became Executive Managing Director of the Telecom Business Unit (TowerCo), to position it as a leading independent operator in Telecom infrastructure on the French market, by transforming and developing her Business Unit.
Thus, she was very close to all the key decision makers of major operators (fix, mobile and virtual ones) as well as institutional players in the market. She was also a member of the Group’s Executive Board​.
For more than twenty years in various executive roles, Christine has been acquired a strong and solid experience in inducting transformation and developing business in the new technology and industry sectors (B2B and B2B2C) to generate sustainable profitable growth, in national and international environments, and has been worked in listed corporations and private shareholder structures with equity investment funds​.
Christine graduated from Supélec as Engineer in 1984 (equivalent of Master of Sciences), completed an Executive MBA at Columbia NYC Business School in 2009, and is certified as a Board Member by IFA Sciences Po in 2011​.
