Bruce joined Wagram Corporate Finance in 2004. He holds a Master of Finance from ESCP-EAP.

Bruce started his carrier in Investment Banking with Union Européenne de CIC in the LBO financing team of London. Then from 1997, he has been a Manager in the Strategy & Corporate Finance team of KPMG in Paris where he was in charge of several transactions in the fields of Textile, I.T. and Distribution.

In 2000, he set-up 2BCapital, a Corporate Finance Boutique dedicated to Fund Raising for Private and Public Equity. He developed a real expertise on new technologies and health sectors. He completed with its partners several fund raising transactions in the I.T. and Biotech sectors: Minisat, Previsite, Pharmaleads, Corevalve, Cellpep, Kot, Eurocrystal.

Daniel Giroux, Partner (X, ENA)

Daniel joined Wagram Corporate Finance in 2011. He is graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (72) and Ecole Nationale d’Administration (79).

From 1979 to 1991 Daniel was a senior civil servant within the French Ministry of Finance, in the Treasury Department.

After a first experience within the industry (Groupe André), Daniel joined in 1994 the M&A Team of Paribas, as a member of its Executive Committee, where he was responsible for dedicated sectors (Energy, Transport, Defense, Metals and Mining…) and emerging markets.

In 2000, he became head of M&A within Natixis Bank, building overtime the Natixis M&A Team as a very active player in the French middle market segment, servicing all types of clients from major French and foreign groups to mid sized companies and funds.

As an Investment Banker since close to 20 years, Daniel has acquired a vast experience in M&A transactions and privatization operations, having successfully contributed to more than 40 transactions with total value exceeding €20 billions.

Isabelle has joined Wagram Corporate Finance late 2009. Graduated from the Franco-American Management Institute (Paris), Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration.

Isabelle has started her career as financial analyst M&A at Lazard Frères in New York and Milan. She then joined L’Oréal Italy in the Financial Department for Lancôme and Biotherm. In 1999, she was one of the co-founders of Vitaminic, pioneering the online music distribution, where she headed the French subsidiary for 3 years.

From 2004 to 2009, she advised corporate for the development of their business in France (both Business and Corporate Development) in particular in the field of Energy, Luxury Goods & New Technology. In 2006 creating IV Development, she worked on fundraising and M&A cross border transactions in the Media Sector and supported Dpixel, an Italian fund dedicated to MediaTech, to strengthen co-investments and dealflow in France.

She is a board member of EuropeanPWN in Paris, a European association promoting women’s professional progress.

John joined Wagram Corporate Finance during the course of 2006. He is a graduate of both the Engineering University of Bristol (B.eng.Aeronautical) and of ESSEC (MBA).

From 1995 to 2000 John has been working at FLEMINGS Corporate Finance both in Paris and then Madrid and focusing on cross border transactions.

Since 2000 and till joining Wagram Corporate Finance, he has been VP Corporate Finance at BNP Paribas in Madrid where he worked essentially for large groups whether Spanish or international.

John has a strong expertise in the sectors of financial services, building material and contracting and utilities and mostly on cross border transactions. On top of his day to day work at Wagram Corporate Finance, he is also in charge of animating the international network to which Wagram Corporate Finance belongs.

 

Paul LE CLERC, Président et Partner (Docteur en droit)

Paul founded Wagram Corporate Finance in 2003. He holds a PhD in Law from Sorbonne University and an Ms in Comparative Law.

Before Paul was Managing Director and Senior Banker at JPMORGAN CHASE and previously Chief Executive Officer of FLEMINGS in France since 1992, a UK Investment Bank acquired by JPMORGAN CHASE in 2000. Under his leadership, FLEMINGS ranked among the first fifteen Investment Banks in France.

Prior to FLEMINGS, Paul was working in the fields of Investment Banking and Private Equity (BFCE, FIRST CHICAGO, HSBC). He has worked for most of the largest French groups and also for international groups and certain French mid-cap companies.

Paul is an Investment Banker since more than 20 years, in particular on M&A operations, Equity Capital raising and financing both in France and abroad. Paul contributed to more than 50 transactions with total value exceeding €80 billions.

 

Pierre Berthon – Senior Advisor

Pierre Berthon – Senior Advisor

Pierre joined Wagram Corporate Finance in 2011. He graduated from HEC and Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA).

Pierre spent the first part of his career within the SANOFI group, as CFO of the food additives and ingredient business unit, CFO of the Pharmaceutical R&D department and finally VP for M&A at the corporate level. In these different positions Pierre acquired a deep knowledge of the economics of the Health sector and managed several transactions in the Pharmaceutical, Agrovet, Perfumes and Fine Chemicals areas.

Pierre spent the second part of his career in the Generale des Eaux / Vivendi / Vivendi Environnement / Veolia group. He held different positions within the corporate Finance department including finally VP for M&A.

He also created the first (and only) French Association of M&A Directors (ARFA) and co-founded the private equity fund AURINVEST.

 

Rémy GANCEL, Senior Advisor (Paris IX - Dauphine)

Rémy joined Wagram Corporate Finance as Senior Advisor in January 2010. He graduated from Paris IX – Dauphine University and Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale.

Rémy spent most of his career within Sophia Group, which he built as Chairman and CEO. During this period, Rémy acquired a wide knowledge in financing and investment in real estate, as well as corporate M&A. Through its leadership Sophia became the largest real estate leasing company listed in Paris, and the 4th French real estate investment company.

Following the sale of Sophia to GE Capital, Rémy became managing director of GE Real Estate Europe.

While working at Wagram Corporate Finance, Rémy is also active as Independent member of Investment Committees and Boards in the Real Estate and Hotel sectors.

Previously, Rémy had worked at Sodeteg (Thomson Group), then Banque Rothschild where he had joined Laffitte-Bail.

 

Sylvain COTTE, Partner (Bryant University R.I. MBA)

Sylvain joined Wagram Corporate Finance at its creation. Graduated with an MBA from Bryant University (Rhode Island, USA) Sylvain is although FSA certified.

Sylvain started his career in a Brokerage firm in the US as a Stockbroker and a registered member of the NASD.

Then, Sylvain has worked five years in Corporate Finance for JPMORGAN CHASE, first in Paris and then in London within the Global Aerospace Group. Before joining Wagram Corporate Finance Sylvain has worked in the M&A department of ALCATEL LUCENT Group.

During those years, Sylvain has worked on numerous complex transactions in different industrial sectors. In particular he participated to the consolidation of the European defence sector through transactions such as the creation and IPO of EADS Group (€15bn), the set up of MBDA (€3bn) a European tripartite joint venture in the field of missiles or the transformation of the AIRBUS "GIE" into an Integrated Company (€12bn).

Thierry joined Wagram Corporate Finance in 2005. He is graduated from IEP SciencePo Paris and hold an Ms in Law.

Thierry has spent most of his career within Natixis group / Banque Française du Commerce Extérieur respectively in Paris, New York, Milan and Madrid. In these different positions, Thierry has managed a large number of cross border transactions in particular in Europe for a diverse client base (Screg, Elior, Gancia, Le Blanc et Nicolay, Pernod…).

Before joining Wagram Corporate Finance, Thierry was Senior Director in charge of Development and Communication of listed real estate group Sophia (Joint subsidiary of AGF and Société Générale taken over by GE Real Estate).

During his years at Sophia Thierry completed his proficiency in M&A and accumulated a large experience of the real estate and property markets and related transactions for corporate.
