After four years of existence with its proven independent investment banking business model, WAGRAM Corporate Finance has decided to create at the end of 2007 a new Strategic Committee.
The committee is composed of eight professionals with varied and broad experience.
The Philosophy of Wagram Corporate Finance’s strategic Committee is threefold :
- To support the widening of ideas
- To increase the size of the network
- To anticipate strategic trends using the members’ diversified and qualified knowledge and experience
The Principle of Wagram Corporate Finance’s strategic Committee is twofold :
- For the members: to allow them to widen their horizons
- For the partners: to provoke creativity, which can be transformed into advisory opportunities for top level management teams of French and international companies as well as investment funds that are clients of WAGRAM Corporate Finance
The modus operandi is organized around two different types of meetings:
- General meetings : debates around presentations made by external advisers
- Bilateral meetings
- Topics : Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, International, technological developments, radical change …
