" After a first internship in internal auditing, I wanted to experience the world of corporate finance, and from the start felt drawn to Wagram Corporate Finance's entrepreneurial spirit and dynamic organisation. As Wagram's power structure is less formal than in any large investment bank, its Partners are very accessible and it is often possible to work directly with them on the projects in progress. Each senior consultant brings his/her own competences and specialities to the firm, thus widening the range of projects and covering completely different industries and organisations. However, WCF's main strength stems from the high involvement of its junior analysts and the responsibilities devolved to them: throughout my internship, I was namely able to take part in an entire sales mandate, from the drafting of the first teasers to the final negotiations, a rare privilege in investment banking. Working at Wagram was thus a unique opportunity to deepen my knowledge of and gain practical experience in the business of M&A. "

" Having previous M&A experience with a large investment bank, I expected work at Wagram corporate to involve more than the usual business analyst role. I was not to be disappointed. On the one hand, working with increased responsibility tremendously improved my financial modeling skills. On the other hand, teaming up in a great atmosphere with partners whose experience spans virtually all business areas and dozen of deals fast deepened my understanding of the investment banking industry. Choosing Wagram Corporate is a clear winner."

"Wagram Corporate Finance was for me a unique opportunity to improve rapidly my professional skills. Due to the tasks they asked me to perform, I really learned much more than in my previous internship." After 6 months with Wagram's team, I perfectly learned how to carry out some sophisticated analysis in order to win pitches and demonstrate company valuations. Wagram : Thanks a lot for your advice and the methodology you transmitted to me. It helps me today in my daily work!"

"I joined Wagram after graduating from Essec Business School and an internship in HSBC's M&A department. The difference with other large investment banks is obvious : as interns in Wagram, we have more responsibility, we contribute to financial modeling, we achieve pitchs with a proactive attitude. We truly experience the first steps forwards the various tools of Investment Banking. What I enjoy about Wagram, it is also the great diversity of assignments and sector exposures. Moreover, the team is well united, I find there a real entrepreneurship spirit which is motivating and keeps me committed. Deal Flow is increasing and Wagram hires ! Indeed, Wagram has recently become part of Agio International (a selective M&A network with 10 members for cross-border deals); In addition Wagram is also groundbreaking with the development of a proprietary model to price warrants in the private equity market. "After graduating last year a Master Degree in Engineering Science, I decided to specialize in Finance and wanted to focus my skills and energy on some of the most demanding, rewarding problems in the industry by delivering strategic advice and creative financial solutions for customers. Seduced by the number and quality of the M&A transactions for mid & large Caps., LBO advisory for private equity funds, corporate finance issues, and also complex option valuation in unquoted transations etc…, I joined Wagram after a 6 month internship. Wagram follows the " M&A boutique " model in the sense that its restricted size implies a large and diversified proficiency. Hierarchical barriers are more abstract than those in large investment banking divisions : as an analyst, it is not unusual to work in close relation with a senior partner with little supervision from an associate or junior partner. The trainee is completely immersed in Wagram's team while is also expected to deliver individual proactive initiatives. Being committed, volunteer and motivated was the best way to be entrusted with new assignments which give the internship another dimension finally leading to a job offer."
